Job Responsibilities
- Handle overall branch operations and sales performance
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets
- Drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business
- Develop business through DSA/channel partner networks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio quality
- Monitor team productivity and daily branch activities
Preferred Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HL/LAP sales
- Experience in branch handling and team management mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
- Good understanding of Home Loan and LAP products
- Experience in Banking/NBFC/Housing Finance sector preferred
- Target-oriented with strong local market knowledge
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
