JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities, ensuring that project works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of all project works through effective QA/QC implementation.
- Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
- Coordinate quality-related activities with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and company quality procedures.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for all project activities.
- Monitor inspections and testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Submit regular QA/QC reports and updates to the Reporting Construction Manager (RCM), Sunil.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering .
- Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining QAPs and ITPs.
- Familiarity with applicable industry standards, codes, and quality management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
