Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Engineer to support daily production operations and ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The candidate will assist in monitoring production activities, maintaining quality standards, and improving productivity in coordination with the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and supervising daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Identify and report production issues and support troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Support senior engineers in process improvement and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Chemical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Basic understanding of safety standards in manufacturing.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
