Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Create SEO-friendly meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URLs.
- Monitor and improve website structure, internal linking, and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices for content optimization.
Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
- Manage directory submissions, guest posting, social bookmarking, and outreach activities.
- Monitor backlink profiles and remove harmful links when required.
Technical SEO
- Conduct website audits and identify SEO issues.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing.
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO errors.
- Work closely with developers for implementation of SEO recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website performance using SEO tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Analyze competitors' SEO activities and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Keyword Planner
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog
- Ubersuggest
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related field.
- SEO/Digital Marketing certifications will be preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
