We are seeking an HR Professional with a primary focus on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding the right talent to meet business needs. The role also involves handling general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-t-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current & future requirements.
· Coordinating induction and joining formalities.
· Supporting HR operations including attendance, leave and employee records.
· Assisting in policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
· Coordination with managers and employees for HR-related queries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
