Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property presentations, arranging site visits, and closing sales. Both freshers and experienced professionals with excellent communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
