Role Overview as a PR and Marketing Coordinator, your primary mission is to elevate the brand's presence across both traditional media and digital channels. You will assist in crafting compelling narratives, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring all public-facing communication aligns with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities public Relations (PR) Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements to journalists and media outlets. Monitor media coverage and compile regular clipping reports to measure PR success. Coordinate interview requests, press conferences, and media appearances for company executives. Build and maintain a strong database of media contacts, bloggers, and industry influencers.
Marketing & Content Support the planning and execution of digital and on-ground marketing campaigns. Write and curate content for various channels, including social media copy, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, or webinars, including pre- and post-event communications. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Social Media & Analytics Schedule and manage content across core social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X). Monitor online conversations, track engagement metrics, and respond to community feedback. Track and analyze the performance of marketing and PR campaigns, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, PR agencies, or corporate communications. Writing Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—especially the ability to craft engaging, error-free copy under tight deadlines. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in social media management tools, basic design tools (like Canva), and analytics platforms. Organization: Strong multitasking and project management capabilities to juggle multiple campaigns and media inquiries.
