Job Description: marketing manager
Products: ABB Process Instruments | VFDs | SCADA | PLC
Experience: 1–2 years (Process Instrumentation preferred)
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive sales of ABB process instruments, VFDs, SCADA & PLC systems
- Understand client applications and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders
- Deliver technical presentations/demos to customers
- Coordinate with ABB/OEM for pricing, technical support & training
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on payments, delivery, and after-sales support
- Visit industries (pharma, chemical, power, cement, water treatment, etc.)
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports
- Track competitor products/pricing and market trends
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics
- Experience: 1–2 years in technical sales (process instruments/automation preferred)
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of process instruments, VFDs, SCADA & PLC
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills; MS Office proficiency; target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for field visits
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
