We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to drive revenue, improve patient acquisition, increase treatment conversions, and optimize operational performance across our dental clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare revenue management and a proven ability to develop strategies that increase profitability while enhancing the patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth plans.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across dental treatments and services.
- Monitor revenue performance across all clinic branches.
- Forecast revenue and prepare actionable growth strategies.
Patient Acquisition & Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize ROI from digital campaigns.
- Analyze patient acquisition costs and optimize marketing spend.
- Improve lead generation and appointment booking performance.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Sales & Patient Conversion
- Improve Lead → Appointment → Visit → Treatment conversion rates.
- Monitor patient journey and identify drop-off points.
- Collaborate with Patient Coordinators and Clinic Managers to improve case acceptance.
- Develop strategies to increase treatment plan acceptance and patient retention.
Performance Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze branch-wise revenue, doctor productivity, and treatment performance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify revenue leakage.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Operational Excellence
- Work with clinic operations to improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Standardize revenue-related processes across all branches.
- Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and membership plans.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Patient Coordination, and Clinical Teams.
- Ensure all departments align with revenue and growth objectives.
