Job Summary:
Right Gold Private Limited is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Marketing Manager to handle end-to-end marketing operations, branding, campaign planning, and team management. The candidate must have strong experience in offline and digital marketing, customer acquisition, promotions, and professional marketing team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete marketing activities and brand promotions.
- Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media, advertisements, influencers, and promotional activities.
- Lead and manage the marketing team and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with sales, showroom, and creative teams.
- Analyze marketing performance and generate reports.
- Increase customer engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
- Work on seasonal campaigns, jewellery launches, and promotional events.
- Monitor competitors and market trends regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and branding.
- Experience in campaign management and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Jewellery or luxury retail industry experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
