Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Analytics Developer with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Business Intelligence to drive enterprise analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing scalable BI solutions, leading analytics projects, partnering with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into impactful dashboards and insights.
The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and experience in modern BI ecosystems, including cloud data platforms and emerging analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Translate business objectives into scalable BI solutions and meaningful KPIs.
- Lead BI architecture, dashboard standards, and governance best practices.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
- Analyze data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting needs and recommend analytical solutions.
- Mentor and guide BI developers while establishing development standards.
- Improve dashboard performance and user experience.
- Drive BI modernization initiatives by evaluating new analytics platforms like Sigma Computing.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to build scalable reporting solutions.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, and project planning.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Intelligence experience.
- 6+ years of Tableau Development.
- Strong expertise in SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
- Prior experience leading BI teams or enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Experience with Sigma Computing is highly preferred.
