We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations and ensure products are packed accurately, safely, and on time. The Packing Supervisor will lead a team of packers, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities
- Assign tasks and manage packing staff to meet productivity goals
- Ensure products are packed according to quality and safety standards
- Monitor workflow and resolve packing issues or delays
- Train new employees on packing procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate packing records and reports
- Inspect packed goods for accuracy, damage, and labelling
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Enforce company policies, safety rules, and workplace standards
- Communicate with production, inventory, and shipping teams
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
