We are seeking talented AI Engineers to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work on building and scaling our AI-powered SDLC platform by developing intelligent backend systems, data services, machine learning integrations, and user-facing applications. You will contribute to the design of AI workflows, data-driven systems, and full-stack product features while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that impact thousands of users globally.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development, AI engineering, or data services
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Experience in building scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data processing systems
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, AI model integration, and data analytics
- Solid experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend architecture
- Familiarity with data visualization, reporting tools, or analytics dashboards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks
- Build and optimize backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices for AI workflows and automation
- Develop and maintain robust data services, ETL pipelines, and data infrastructure for processing large datasets
- Integrate machine learning models, predictive systems, and AI services into production applications
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights
- Build responsive user interfaces for AI dashboards, analytics tools, and recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data teams, and engineers to define and implement intelligent product features
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and mentoring junior developers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI systems, backend services, and data pipelines
- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security of applications
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience in AI/ML integration or data engineering
- Expertise in RESTful API development
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases
- Frontend development with React.js or Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Data analysis using Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
- Experience with Git version control
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization tools
- Understanding of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or automation frameworks
- Experience with business intelligence, analytics dashboards, or visualization tools
- Knowledge of scalable architecture and performance optimization
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or AI productivity tools
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI automation
- Exposure to big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop
- Experience in recruitment tech, HR tech, or SaaS platforms
