Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Operations
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and office correspondence
- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting coordination
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and office discipline
- Maintain records, files, and basic administrative documentation
Sales & Customer Coordination
- Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
- Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins and calls
- Assist in sales closures and support sales-related activities
- Maintain customer data and follow-up reports
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Customer-focused approach with sales orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or sales will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
