Abuzz Advertising and services is seeking organized, high-energy Event Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our corporate events, and brand activations. You will transform creative concepts into flawless physical realities by managing logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and on-site production teams. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, possesses sharp negotiation skills, and maintains a strict eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Planning: Coordinate all event infrastructure, including venue booking, AV setups, staging, transport, and scheduling.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and supervise third-party suppliers, fabrication teams, and freelancers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Budgetary Control: Monitor and manage individual project budgets, keeping accurate track of expenditures to maximize profitability.
- On-Site Execution: Act as the primary lead during live event setups, run-throughs, and execution to troubleshoot immediate technical or operational issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Acquire necessary local permits, licenses, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal creative, advertising accounts, and client relationship teams to fulfill specific campaign guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Event Operations Manager, Corporate Event Planner, or a similar role within a fast-paced advertising/media agency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Project Management: Outstanding multitasking, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern event management or project management software.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, based on event schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
