About the Role
We are an innovative, fast-growing Digital Signage SaaS platform looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who is currently selling digital signage solutions, display hardware, or enterprise retail SaaS.
This is a role designed for a person who knows the competitor landscape, understands the pain points of existing market solutions, and has the network to migrate clients to a superior, agile platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and pitch our SaaS platform to enterprise clients across retail, hospitality, corporate offices, healthcare, and education sectors in Delhi NCR.
- Displace Legacy & Rival Systems: Leverage your industry knowledge to identify accounts currently using legacy or rival digital signage products, address their pain points, and successfully transition them to our platform.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales funnel from lead generation, custom technical demonstrations, and commercial negotiations to final contract signing.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, Marketing Directors, and Admin Heads to drive multi-location software deployments.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor pricing, features, and gaps to refine our pitch and positioning.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within Digital Signage (Software/Hardware), Out-of-Home (OOH) media tech, or Enterprise Retail/Commercial SaaS.
- Network Knowledge: A solid existing network of corporate buyers or system integrators in Delhi NCR.
- SaaS Acumen: Comfortable pitching software-as-a-service models, managing recurring revenue conversations, and explaining cloud-based deployment advantages.
- Location & Mobility: Must be based in Delhi NCR and willing to travel extensively across the region for face-to-face pitches and site inspections.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, product demonstration, and closing skills.
