Job Role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and driven Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide cross-functional exposure across departments, enabling candidates to develop strong business fundamentals and leadership capabilities.
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in operations, client coordination, process improvement, and business analysis while working closely with senior team members.
Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA
Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year experience
Preferred Qualification: Any Management Degree
Responsibilities:
Undergo structured training across multiple departments, specifically INSIDE SALES & OPERATIONS
Assist in developing and implementing policies, performance goals, and business objectives
Prepare reports, projects, and presentations for internal reviews
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Work with established client accounts and support coordination efforts
Observe and collaborate with experienced team members to understand business processes
Gain exposure to organizational functions, operational standards, and company policies
Maintain records and documentation accurately
Utilize Excel and Google Workspace tools for analysis and reporting
Requirements:
Prior experience in a management role or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills .
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
