We are looking for an enthusiastic, technically sound, and highly organized professional to join our in-house team.
Position: EHS Training & Project Coordinator
This is not a site-based Safety Officer position.
This is an office-based technical coordination role where you will interact with clients, coordinate projects, prepare presentations, and support the successful execution of EHS training programs across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate EHS training programs and client projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
- Coordinate with trainers, project teams, and operations.
- Schedule online and offline training sessions.
- Prepare reports, MIS, certificates, and documentation.
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations.
- Support LinkedIn marketing and business development activities.
- Coordinate safety awareness campaigns and creative projects.
- Maintain project records and follow up with clients.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings and training programs.
Eligibility Criteria Qualification
- B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Industrial/Safety or related Engineering)
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (Preferred)
Experience
- 2–3 Years
- Experience in Industrial Safety, Manufacturing, Cement, Power, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors.
