- 0–2 years of professional experience in any industry or domain.
- Experience in customer service, sales, counseling, education or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Effective presentation and counseling skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address student needs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic counseling, guidance, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Provide remote counseling and guidance to students regarding overseas education opportunities through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and chat.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and study preferences to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
- Convert student inquiries into qualified applications by providing accurate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure a seamless counseling experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Update and manage student information accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and admissions.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.
