Role Description
We are seeking a full-time AMC Support Engineer / IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. This is an on-site and field support role involving client-side troubleshooting, AMC support visits, installation, maintenance, and technical assistance for various IT systems and infrastructure.
The role includes:
- Handling AMC service calls and onsite client support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues
- Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and related IT equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently within committed timelines
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining proper service updates and reports
- Providing preventive maintenance and routine IT health checks for AMC clients
- Assisting clients with IT infrastructure and basic software-related support when required
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Technical Support and IT troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and networking devices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently
- Experience in field support, AMC services, or help desk support is preferred
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows environments, and IT infrastructure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination
- Ability to travel for onsite client visits when required
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and organization-specific software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
