Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Executive to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth clinical and administrative operations. This role is critical in supporting healthcare delivery through reliable and secure technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor hospital IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software)
- Provide technical support to medical and administrative staff
- Manage and support Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with healthcare data standards
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of IT support experience (hospital experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration
- Experience with healthcare or EMR systems is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
