Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our solutions meet client needs and expectations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Bidding Portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and professional networking sites like LinkedIn, etc.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully generate new business opportunities.
- Build and effectively manage a list of new clients to drive business development.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with clients
- Successful track record in Lead Generation, sales and negotiation
- Good knowledge in Digital Marketing Service, Web Development and Mobile Apps Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Must have experience in handing direct leads, following ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 3years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
