Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Hardware Security Administrator with 2–3 years of relevant experience in hardware, network security, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of network security concepts, hardware troubleshooting, firewall management, and system administration. Candidates must hold a valid CCNA certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor and manage hardware security systems to ensure protection against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues within the organization.
- Configure and manage VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and switching environments.
- Maintain firewall rules, VPN configurations, and network access controls.
- Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and hardware health checks.
- Ensure proper backup and recovery procedures for network devices and configurations.
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement security policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain documentation related to network architecture, hardware inventory, and security configurations.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated infrastructure-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in hardware administration, network security, or infrastructure support.
- Mandatory CCNA Certification.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and endpoint security management.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of firewall solutions such as Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco ASA, or Palo Alto.
- Basic understanding of cloud networking and virtualization.
- Experience with security monitoring and incident response tools will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- CCNA Certification is mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
