We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities & sales through developing relationships with contractors, construction companies, builders, architectures, project managers, and industrial clients, while promoting and selling our range of scaffolding & shuttering material products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, industrial and real estate sectors.
- Generate leads through market networking, site visits, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, project managers, architectures and construction companies.
- Conduct regular client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
