- Develop new products based on customer requirements and market needs.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare product drawings, BOMs, manufacturing process sheets, and routing plans.
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing and monitor development progress.
- Plan and conduct prototype testing, validation, and product qualification.
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, and Stores to ensure smooth product development.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the development of new components and raw materials.
- Prepare product technical datasheets, installation manuals, and customer documentation.
- Implement Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Maintain all NPD records, design revisions, and project documentation.
- Support product cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure smooth transfer of new products from development to production.
Pay: ₹13,571.39 - ₹30,000.00 per month
