We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Explain company products and services effectively
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Update customer information and sales reports regularly
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion
Requirements:

- Any graduates and diploma holders are eligible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
