Associate Product Manager
Key responsibilities
AI Strategy & Solutioning: Identify high impact AI/ML use cases across the loan journey and design end to end solution blueprints covering data pipelines, model selection, integration
architecture, and deployment strategy.
Delivery & Execution: Own the full delivery lifecycle from, ideation and proof of concept through to production deployment and post launch monitoring.
Own the AI roadmap: Own and drive the organisation wide AI roadmap by identifying and prioritising AI/ML initiatives across Loan Origination, Underwriting, Disbursement, Collections, and
Customer Servicing.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Business, Credit, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to gather requirements, define success metrics, and ensure
adoption.
Technical Solutioning: Work with Technical Architects and Developers to solution, ensure data security, and maintain system scalability. Evaluate and recommend AI/ML platforms, tools, and third party services suitable for business operations.
Monitor user feedback & Innovation: Monitor performance and user feedback to proactively identify areas for improvement and stay current on industry best practices.
Experience
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related Engineering discipline and MBA additionally is preferred
Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML Solutioning or Product Development or Product Management or Digital Transformation roles preferably in BFSI/NBFC/Fintech
Required skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks & techniques with understanding of APIs.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
