Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SOPs across functions Conduct Product, Sales, Process, and Soft Skills Training Develop training modules, assessment tools, and evaluation systems Monitor KPI/KRA-based employee performance Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans Coordinate with department heads for process standardization Conduct periodic audits and training eAectiveness reviews Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, and compliance records Key Functional Areas Employee capability assessment Skill gap analysis Training need identification KPI/KRA evaluation SOP implementation assessment Productivity and eAiciency evaluation Competency mapping Leadership and behavioural assessments Required Skills: SOP Development & Documentation Training & Development KPI/KRA Management Performance Evaluation Process Improvement Strong Communication & Presentation Skills MS Excel, PowerPoint & Reporting Skills Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Manufacturing / Building Materials / Industrial Sector preferred Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to handle multi-department coordination and training execution Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR/Operations preferred)
