Job Summary
ECOG Core Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the complete recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct basic HR screening interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS or HR software.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Support recruitment reports and HR documentation.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets and provide a positive candidate experience.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
