We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. The role also involves building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, posting job openings on various platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
