About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate– Programs & Partnerships to support strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening organizational growth by developing strategic collaborations, securing funding opportunities, and enhancing the organization's visibility through effective communication and relationship management.
This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about creating social impact and possess strong strategic planning, proposal writing, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement organization-wide strategic initiatives aligned with long-term objectives.
- Contribute to organizational growth by identifying new opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Support leadership in planning and executing high-impact programs.
Proposal Development & Fundraising
- Prepare compelling proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
- Develop impactful presentations and pitch decks for prospective donors, CSR partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify funding opportunities and partnership prospects.
- Customize proposals based on donor and stakeholder requirements.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, government agencies, donors, and strategic partners.
- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, seminars, and industry forums across India.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with key stakeholders.
Membership & Strategic Alliances
- Identify and secure memberships with relevant industry associations and professional networks.
- Establish strategic collaborations that enhance organizational credibility and outreach.
Communication & Brand Development
- Support the development and implementation of organizational communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote programs, achievements, and impact stories.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across stakeholder communications.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Program Management, Communications, or Stakeholder Engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, strategy development, fundraising, or partnership management.
Required Skills
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation development skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
