High-Fidelity Presentation Skills: Confident in explaining spatial layouts, color palettes, and material choices to clients using visual assets.
Value-Based Selling: Proven ability to shift client focus from pure cost comparisons to long-term design value, ergonomics, and spatial optimization.
Pipeline Management: Proficiency in using CRM tools to systematically track leads from initial site visits to advance payments.
Objection Handling: Skilled at navigating client anxieties regarding project timelines, material durability, and structural adjustments without compromising design integrity.
Technical Knowledge Requirements
Design Vocabulary & Spatial Awareness: A firm grasp of core interior terms, 2D floor plans, 3D visualization concepts, and basic site ergonomics.
Material & Finish Expertise: Strong baseline knowledge of trending interior materials (laminates, veneers, acrylics, modular systems, hardware, and lighting) along with their current market rates.
Project Lifecycle Familiarity: Understanding of the sequential steps involved in an interior fit-out (civil work, electrical/plumbing layout, carpentry, and final polishing/handover) to set realistic client expectations.
Contractual Clarity: Basic understanding of interior design contract terms, milestone-based billing structures, and standard warranty expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2–5 years of sales, business development, or client-facing relationship management experience specifically within the Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Real Estate, or Premium Home Decor sectors.
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate stakeholders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
