Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to supervise daily logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination of pickups, deliveries, consignment tracking, and ERP updates. The ideal candidate should have good experience in logistics operations, team coordination, and communication with drivers, customers, air agents, and train agents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily logistics operations during the assigned shift.
· Manage and schedule pickup and delivery of goods.
· Ensure timely and efficient transportation and receipt of goods.
· Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, air agents, and train agents.
· Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
· Track and monitor consignments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
· Make consignment bookings in the ERP system and maintain transportation entries.
· Identify operational challenges and support quick resolution.
· Propose and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions to improve operations.
· Maintain good working relationships with team members and related parties.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
