Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at site.
- Monitor execution of false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, modular work, and furniture installation.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Check measurements, material usage, and workmanship quality.
- Maintain project timelines and site progress reports.
- Handle labor management and assign daily work activities.
- Inspect site safety practices and ensure proper site discipline.
- Resolve on-site technical and execution issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and update management/client regarding progress.
- Verify completed work and prepare site reports/checklists.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing work.
- Understanding of drawings and site layouts.
- Site management and labor handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Problem-solving and multitasking capability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Experience:
- Civil Supervisor: 4 years (Preferred)
