Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution and operations activities.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, installation, and timely completion.
- Manage multiple projects across locations and ensure smooth coordination between site teams and regional office.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, logistics teams, installation teams, and internal departments.
- Review and interpret working drawings and provide guidance to execution teams.
- Ensure proper resource planning, manpower allocation, and workflow management.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, billing milestones, and closure of pending/snag works.
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery.
- Prepare project status reports and provide updates to management.
- Lead, motivate, and guide project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams.
- Handle client coordination and resolve project-related issues effectively.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management & Operations.
- Strong experience in both site execution and regional office coordination.
- Experience in Modular Furniture / Office Interiors / Home Furniture / Modular Kitchen industry.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification: B.E (Civil) preferred / Any degree with relevant experience
- Experience: 10+ Years in Projects & Operations Management.
- Preferred Candidates: Chennai-based candidates.
- Age: 35–50 Years.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
