Integrated Fitness & Sports Institute is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive who can guide students and fitness professionals toward successful careers in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling inquiries, and the ability to convert leads into admissions through proper counseling and follow-up.
As an IFSI Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, social media inquiries, and walk-ins. You will explain course details, certification benefits, career opportunities, and help students choose the right fitness education program according to their goals. You must maintain a professional attitude while building trust and long-term relationships with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and student inquiries professionally
- Counsel students regarding fitness courses and career opportunities
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
- Maintain lead data and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team
- Conduct telecalling, WhatsApp communication, and counseling sessions
- Assist in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
- Build strong relationships with students and clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
