Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, stockists, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and monthly business reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for product launches and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
- Strong understanding of pharma distribution channels and doctor coverage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
