1. Warehouse Operations Management
· Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse activities
· Supervise receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods
· Ensure smooth inward and outward movement of materials
· Maintain operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment
2. Team Supervision & Workforce Management
· Supervise warehouse executives and operational staff
· Prepare and manage work schedules and shift planning
· Conduct on-the-job training and skill development
· Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
3. Inventory Control & Stock Management
· Monitor stock levels and inventory movement
· Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
· Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
· Ensure high inventory accuracy at all times
4. Inter-Departmental Coordination
· Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Process, and other customer-site teams
· Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution across departments
· Support customer requirements and operational alignment
5. Reporting & Process Improvement
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
· Analyze performance metrics and warehouse KPIs
· Identify process gaps and suggest improvement initiatives
· Support continuous improvement for cost, time, and efficiency
6. Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping
· Enforce health, safety, and statutory compliance norms
· Ensure proper usage and maintenance of PPE
· Maintain safety standards and discipline on the shop floor
· Support audits and compliance requirements
7. Reporting Structure
· Report directly to the Warehouse Manager
· Provide regular operational updates and escalation support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,253.16 - ₹28,738.66 per month
