1. Manage day-to-day production operations involving:
Ingredient formulation
Blending and mixing
Granulation
Sifting and drying
Oil blending
Trial formulations
Packing and dispatch coordination
2. Hands-on experience in dietary supplement manufacturing, including:
Capsule production
Tablet compression
Powder blending and filling
Blister packing operations
3. Ensure production activities are executed in compliance with approved SOPs, BMRs, and quality standards.
4. Prepare and execute production plans to meet customer requirements and business targets.
5. Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, Procurement, Engineering, and Maintenance departments for smooth
operations.
6. Monitor productivity, yield, process efficiency, manpower utilization, and material consumption.
7. Ensure compliance with:
FSSC 22000
HACCP
GMP
Kosher
Halal
Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
8. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and housekeeping throughout the facility.
9. Support customer audits, regulatory audits, certification audits, and internal audits.
10. Maintain production documentation including:
Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
Equipment logbooks
Production reports
Cleaning records
11. Lead, train, and supervise production operators and shift personnel.
12. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and minimize equipment downtime. Drive continuous
improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
13. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
DESIRED SKILLS
Strong knowledge of nutraceutical and dietary supplement manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience in blending, granulation, drying, encapsulation, tableting, and blister packing.
Thorough understanding of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal requirements.
Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and manpower management.
Strong documentation and record-keeping practices.
Experience in preventive maintenance coordination.
Familiarity with FSSAI, AYUSH, and Nutraceutical Regulations is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
