The Assistant Branch Manager will drive sales performance at the branch level, lead a team, and ensure achievement of affordable home loan targets. This position demands leadership, team management skills, and prior BFSI experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers.
- Drive the team to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
- Plan and execute branch-level sales strategies.
- Build and maintain high-value customer and dealer relationships.
- Ensure effective marketing activities in the branch territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales plans.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections for smooth loan processing.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: 2–6 years, with a minimum of 1.5 years in BFSI sales (mandatory).
Age: Less than 27 years.
Location Preference: Must reside within a 10 km radius of the assigned location.
Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
