We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management about stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and beverage service standards.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in creating new beverage offerings and seasonal cocktail menus when required.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding responsible alcohol service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
