- Prepare and cook dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Tandoor, Chinese, etc.)
- Handle different kitchen sections such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pantry, and basic bakery
- Manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner service efficiently
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness as per safety standards
- Monitor and control food wastage and portioning
- Assist in menu planning and daily specials
- Ensure proper storage of food items and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Support the team during peak hours and staff shortages
- Coordinate with service team for smooth operations
