1. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company
- Generate business revenue through field visits and client acquisition
- Ensure consistent growth in sales performance
2. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify new customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities
- Conduct regular market visits for lead generation
- Convert prospective clients into active customers
3. Field Marketing Activities
- Perform daily field visits and client meetings
- Promote company products/services in assigned territories
- Build strong market presence and brand awareness
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Collect market feedback and competitor activity reports
- Identify market trends, pricing, and customer requirements
- Share business insights with management
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR) and sales reports
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and closures
- Update lead status regularly in CRM/reporting sheets
7. Payment Collection & Follow-Ups
- Coordinate with clients for payment collections
- Ensure timely follow-up for outstanding dues
- Maintain proper billing and order documentation
8. Professional Discipline & Performance
- Maintain punctuality and professional behavior during field visits
- Meet assigned KPIs and performance benchmarks
- Represent the company professionally in the market

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting systems
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
