Job Title: Intern (2 Months, Immediate Joiner)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, meticulous intern to manage product shoots across multiple stores, coordinate with AI vendors, and work with our agency on naming and product descriptions. The intern will consolidate all outputs into a clean, well-structured CSV file. This role is ideal for an undergraduate or fresher with strong Excel skills and excellent organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage product shoots across multiple store locations
· Liaise with and manage AI vendors for content generation and related tasks
· Coordinate with the creative agency on product naming and descriptions
· Collect, organize, and validate shoot assets and metadata
· Compile all information into a structured CSV file with high accuracy
· Maintain detailed tracking of deliverables, deadlines, and vendor outputs
Requirements:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree (pref specialised in marketing)
· Essential: Strong Excel skills (tables, filters, basic formulas, data cleaning)
· Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
· High energy level, self-motivated, and hardworking
· Excellent coordination and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
· Comfortable traveling across stores in Bengaluru
· Basic understanding of AI tools/vendors is a plus
