Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our business through
networking and building connections with stakeholders at large multinational corporations (MNCs) and
Global Capability Centers (GCCs). You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs
are met while driving growth through relationship building and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders,
decision-makers, and points of contact (POCs) within the assigned accounts, ensuring a positive
and fruitful partnership.
● Strategy Execution: Implement account-specific strategies to support business development
goals, including account mining and conversion of leads into long-term partnerships.
● Marketing Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing
strategies such as product sampling, promotional campaigns, and awareness-building initiatives
for your accounts.
● Client Communication: Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to ensure that
their needs are being met, manage escalations effectively, and oversee the timely processing of
important orders.
● Task Assignment: Assign and manage tasks for Junior Sales Associates, ensuring they follow up
on action items and daily operations. Monitor progress and provide necessary support to ensure
objectives are achieved.
● Training: Guide and train Account Service Associates to improve their performance and
knowledge. Monitor their growth and provide constructive feedback for continuous
improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● 2+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
● Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at MNCs or large
corporations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships
professionally.
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to engaging with clients and driving business growth.
● Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
● Interest in corporate branding, merchandise solutions, and global business trends
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
