About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings, calls, and important business activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, documents, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, vendors, and business associates.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and important communications on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidential company and management information.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Track important deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Assist the Director in day-to-day business operations and special projects.
- Prepare meeting minutes and ensure proper follow-up on action points.
- Organize business travel, appointments, and related arrangements when required.
- Support the Director in administrative and strategic activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with senior management or directors.
- Good business communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
