Job Title: Branch Head
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and responsible Branch Head to lead and manage our preschool branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be passionate about education, and be able to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring a positive experience for children, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch
- Lead, guide, and support teachers and staff members
- Ensure high standards of teaching quality and overall school environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents
- Handle admissions, parent queries, and branch growth activities
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews
- Ensure smooth implementation of school policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate school events and activities
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in preschool, education, or school administration preferred
- Ability to manage operations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
