Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily operations across production, inventory, procurement, stores, and sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in production planning, inventory management, ERP systems, and operational reporting. The role requires ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Coordinate daily operations between production, stores, procurement, and sales teams.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage.
- Maintain optimum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Production Coordination
- Plan production based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor production output and coordinate with departments to achieve production targets.
ERP & System Management
- Update production, inventory, purchases, and stock transfers in the ERP system.
- Reconcile ERP records with physical inventory.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate master data and operational records.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare operational dashboards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, production coordination, inventory, or supply chain.
- Experience in the food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, or similar industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
