Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and, if applicable, create user stories.

Assess testing capability and capacity, developing comprehensive test plans in conjunction with the Program Manager.

Develop Business Test Plans, secure necessary approvals, and ensure appropriate test accounts are provisioned and conditioned.

Manage defect logging and retesting until resolution.
Key Deliverables:

Test Plans and Scripts
-
Test Account Conditioning
-
Execution of Testing, including stakeholder approvals (e.g., Business Test Manager, Program Manager, Business Sponsor) for closed scripts.

Testing Exit Reports submitted by code freeze, requiring Program Manager approval and submission to the Assigned Test Manager.

Daily Status Reports covering testing level of concern, summary, requirements, burndown plan, defect lists, tollgates, status, and test cases.

This is an individual contributor role requiring 6-8 years of experience.
