Position Overview
At Ralph Lauren, as a Senior Manager, Global Travel, Expense & Card Programs, will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and efficient experience for employees worldwide.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Ralph Lauren’s global Corporate Card ecosystem (Travel Credit Cards and Purchasing Cards – P-Cards) and its integration with the Travel & Expense (T&E) framework across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
The position will lead policy governance, operational delivery, risk management, and transformation initiatives, ensure strong controls while enhancing the employee experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Global Corporate Card Program Leadership & Expense Management

Own and manage the full lifecycle of corporate cards globally, including:

Issuance, activation, and employee onboarding
-
Credit limit assignment, monitoring, and periodic review
-
Card suspension, cancellation, and revocation processes
-
Travel Credit Card program (T&E spend)
-
P-Card program (procurement and business purchases)
-
Establish global eligibility frameworks, approval hierarchies, and governance standards and communicate to cardholders
-
Serve as the primary liaison with card providers and financial institutions.
Policy Governance & Compliance
-
Develop, maintain, and enhance Ralph Lauren’s global T&E and Card policies
-
Drive consistent adoption across regions while accommodating local regulatory requirements
-
Monitor and enforce compliance, including:
-
Out-of-policy transactions
-
Card misuse and delinquency
-
Employee purchases outside of the RL Card programs
-
Develop training and FAQs on card usage and compliance to employees
-
Partner with Corporate Controller’s Group and Internal Audit to ensure a strong control environment
-
Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and local compliance standards
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery
-
Lead global operations supporting:

Card administration and maintenance
-
Expense system integration (e.g., SAP Concur)

Employee support and issue resolution
-
Manage a global team / shared services model, ensuring:

Defined SLAs and KPIs
-
High-quality, timely service delivery
-
Act as escalation point for complex operational or policy issues
Financial Controls, Risk & Audit
-
Establish and maintain robust controls across the card and T&E ecosystem
-
Drive fraud prevention, detection, and resolution processes

Oversee:

Delinquency management
-
Charge dispute resolution
-
Audit readiness and documentation
-
Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and compliance controls across systems and processes.

Assist on contract negotiations with our corporate card partner firms
Reporting, Analytics & Insights

Deliver insights and report on:

Global cards spend (T&E and P-Card)
-
Utilization, trends, and compliance metrics
-
Policy violations and improvement opportunities
-
Monitor credit limits and spending patterns to identify optimization opportunities
-
Support financial reporting processes, including reconciliations and accruals
-
Enable AI agents to provide insights into spending patterns with a focus on cost containment/ savings
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

Partner with key stakeholders across:

Finance and Controllership

Procurement (alignment with P-Card strategy)

HR (employee lifecycle processes)

IT (systems and automation initiatives)

Manage relationships with external partners including:

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Required Qualifications:

Education
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Experience

10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations or Shared Services
